I just don't know

I really don't know what my problem is these days. I have not been feeling like myself at all. It's as if I was taken outside of myself even though my body is still there. I don't know what it is. I have not even been blogging and that bothers me. I have lost focus it seems. I really need to get it back. I am sure most of you have the same issue from time to time. I am taking some vitamins and trying to set goals with time limits and see how that works out. I am one of those people that will put in the necessary time to meet deadlines. I am going to make up my own deadlines and stick to that. I am hoping to get my mojo back soon. Do you ever go through this kind of funk? What do you do to get yourself back?

  1. I have gone through a funk like that before. It's hard to get out of them, but I can usually do it with some time to myself. Not a lot, but a walk or a bath. Just some "me" time. Nothing that has to do with ANYONE!

    Hang in there, hon. You'll get your mojo back!

  3. We all go through times like that. One of the best ways I can get back into the groove is to pick something I love (and it can be totally self-indulgent) and do it. {{{Hugs}}}

  4. HIBERNATION: Easier said than done but I had to do it awhile back. You shut off cell phone, shut down computer and pull yourself in. Make a hot bath, drink coffee, stay in your jammies the entire day. Make arrangments for the kiddos and hubby. Even if its a couple hours of just you or a whole weekend(my choice). Let Dwayne in on the you arent feeling right phase... Its amazing when you shut out the world outside your front door what you can feel like. Sometimes we get so consumed in our daily routine and others lives that we lose ourselves and it can create fatigue or depression in a sense. I am hibernating again this weekend and I cant wait! Like I told my friend today...no house ever burned down due to a laundry pile! Let things go, its one of my hardest deals right now so its funny you wrote this!! Hope you bounce back.

  5. Umm I'm going through it now. Let me know what works for you. I'm just so darn bah-humbug right now. Part of the reason is that I have no time for anything. Waiting on next weekend to roll around when Boogie goes to his grandparents house.

  6. I go through the 'routine' funk. Where routine is good for me and the family, but all of a sudden I start freaking out and getting mad that we are in a routine and never do things out of order. It takes me about a week to get over it, and I only talk myself out of it.
