Thick Skin

Thick skin is something you will definitely need to have if you want to exist in the current world of business. As a female, you may face challenges that other individuals do not face. You may have to deal with gender biases and stereotypes on top of the general problems people experience as they try to grow their businesses. Thick skin is the ability to separate certain things and let them fly over your head instead of allowing them to stop your growth. Courage

Be willing to adapt to a new set of circumstances if something causes your old ones to disappear. You may have to fight for many years before you get to a level of success you feel comfortable with.
