Even if people do take a vacation, they’re probably not taking all the vacation that is owed to them. The reasons for this are varied, but a lot of it has to do with deadlines and too much work. And if you don’t take those vacations, you’re hurting yourself and you’re hurting your company, too. You’re not as focused at work and you’re more likely to burn out too.
