The best one that comes to mind is our Melissa and Doug Easel. Somehow that thing ended up in the backyard 3 yrs ago and it never made it's way back inside. Oh yeah I know why, the paint. Hehehe....well it has rained, the sun has beaten it and it is still in excellent condition. The kids have roughed it up also but that easel is still standing. Melissa and Doug products are very high quality.Atashahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16176380264740663777noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1613068493835754905.post-34392631849363950602009-08-07T16:35:41.949-04:002009-08-07T16:35:41.949-04:00Oh one more thing, Jaimen only has one puzzle with...Oh one more thing, Jaimen only has one puzzle with the knobs and he really enjoyed banging them on my most favorite piece of wood furniture. We had to take it away until he got over that.Lynsiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03693131262025123165noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1613068493835754905.post-35848740306749549232009-08-07T16:34:03.710-04:002009-08-07T16:34:03.710-04:00I have a stack of Melissa & Doug Puzzles, Jaim...I have a stack of Melissa & Doug Puzzles, Jaimen loves them! And I do too, the fun things they learn, they really wouldn't otherwise. For instance we have a fish one, and Jaimen knows stingray, jellyfish, squid, etc. We don't have an aquarium close enough to home, so this is a fun way for him to learn it.
I like to play games with them to, to keep him thinking. I will say- find the one that stings and is pink- he has fun this way since he already knows all their names.
The united states one is a good idea, I am putting that on my list.

Oh and I about fell out of my chair when you said "16 month old" it seems like he just turned one yesterday!Lynsiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03693131262025123165noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1613068493835754905.post-47570679383451302662009-08-07T00:21:35.924-04:002009-08-07T00:21:35.924-04:00Haha! It may not break easily, but the kid may stub himself. And you know how everyone hates getting stubbed... (Happened to me countless of times. I always cry every time. :D)Louise | UPrintinghttp://blog.uprinting.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1613068493835754905.post-45390598512895171982009-08-06T13:08:02.477-04:002009-08-06T13:08:02.477-04:00I have a bunch of their puzzles and LOVE them.I have a bunch of their puzzles and LOVE them.Kristinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10791317184998122691noreply@blogger.com
